Towel dried hair anyone?
Have you ever gone to the hair salon for some pamper time, got your colour, your cut and then left with towel dried hair? Me neither....I’d like the full service including the coffee I don't need to re heat, the head massage and the bouncy blow dry...I might only be popping to Tesco afterwards but I want a full service from my hair dresser when I visit her salon.
So why would anyone want to leave a photography studio and wait for an email to arrive with a link to see photographs on a screen, then be sent a USB in the post for it never to see the light of day?
Especially when you've waited so long to book a session, even though you've wanted some BEAUTIFUL family photographs to display in your home for a while.
You've invested so much time in preparing for your session, the worry if the kids will behave (and for the record I fully expect them not to!) you've finally got to the studio, had your session, which was MUCH more enjoyable than you thought it would be. And now you need to try and decide on your favourite photographs, what you'll do with them, what size of prints you'll need them, what products will work best with your beautiful new photographs....you do this on your own... with out my professional advice or guidance.
THAT is such a towel dried / half service experience... and yet you are paying a professional..... I don't want to go home and have to blow dry my hair myself after just having booked a professional service - do you?
